Ek Paigam Humari Pyari Mess Secy Ke Naam
Dear Mess Secy,
I am here(***/****)only for next 2-3 months,
please don't make my life so pathetic by your
experiments with mess menu and so mess bill.
In working period of previous mess secy, you(miss
******) posted a chart paper to protest mess secy.
Were you fighting to have mess menu like recent one?
Do you want us to do the same with you?
Don't worry, I am not that mad.
I can just say that in the working period of last
mess secy, we were eating in mess & mess bill was not
so high like these days.
In your recent mess menu, couple of days mess menu
is overflowing but in other days ...
Monday:
I have no problem with breakfast and lunch. In the
dinner, I think Chhola bhatura is itself as whole
meal, chhola is as nutritious as any of dals and
people have it with rice too. So Dal is no more
needed in the dinner. lunch me bhi bhindi, dinner me
bhi bhindi. i think in mixed veg, bhindi is prominent.
I think people would like to have some curry with dal
paratha. Kheera to hai hi.
This way you can save cost of dal & mixed veg.
(saving: at least RS.5.00 per plate in a day)
Tuesday:
Matar paneer + boondi raita + rasam all together,
don't you think dinner plate is overflowing? And
rabdi is also there as special. I don't eat any kind
of raita (most of the time and i avoid dahi too) and
rasam, but costs of those items are being added in
my mess bill and if I am taking rabdi, I am paying
again. Don't you think, In my case its just paying
-paying and having like nothing? and there are many
more people like me in GH.
suggestion: (boondi raita+rasam) or Rabdi
Wednesday:
Kaddu ki sabji & taroi ki sabji ek hi din alternate
week pe kyun nahi kar dete(mess worker cook them
like hell)? and taroi wale din ghuiya fry permanent.
kam se kam ghuiya ke karan hi sahi, mess me ek aur
din lunch to karoongi. kaddu & taroi jaisi sabji ke
din mujhe mess & canteen dono jagah pay karna padta
hai, kyunki itni dhoop me lab se GH tak aa kar aur ye
sab khaane ki himmat mujhme nahi hai.
Again Rasam and Raita. :(
Friday:
Again rasam and Raita. :((
Why the hell I am paying for 4 time rasam and 4 time
raita of different kind in a week, If I am not
having it. I dont want to waste my money.
Saturday:
dinner me Malai Kofta, Gulab jamun and mango
chutney ke baad bhi rasam ki jaroorat bachati hai
kya?
Sunday:
I think in the sunday dinner, with veg manchurian,
arhar dal and custard aaloo french fries is excess
as kheera is also there. you should keep that in
some other days, e.g. as replacemnt of baigan.
Suggestions:
I think Baigan and bhindi once a week is enough.
You can add moong ki sabji, besan ki sabji in menu.
I would suggest you to put raita & rasam in extra
so that people like me don't need to pay for those
items which we don't eat.
feeding so much doesn't mean people will stop
talking about mess problems. so many item in menu
leads to increment in mess bill that is again a
matter related to mess.
Sorry to say, but we r not targeting to your size...
